Part 1 - Abstract Aerial Landscapes

Flying high above Lake Argyle and the Bungle Bungles in a tiny aircraft, I began transforming flat, underwhelming aerial photographs into richly coloured abstract landscapes. These posts document not only the finished images, but also my evolving creative process as I explore colour, form, light and abstraction from the air.
