About Jenny Garlick
My name is Jenny Garlick, and I’m a wildlife and landscape photographer based in the leafy suburbs of Sydney, Australia.
Photography brings me joy, allows me to connect with nature, and offers a way to share the beauty I see with others. Outside of photography, I’m a science teacher, a mum, a wife, a Grandma and someone who enjoys staying active and being creative—especially when it involves a bit of scrapbooking.
I love learning—whether it’s exploring Photoshop and Lightroom tutorials, experimenting with new techniques or attending workshops. I enjoy both the technical and creative side of photography and embrace the constant challenges it presents.
I strive to capture the majesty of the natural world. My unending quest is to create images that evoke emotion and remind us how precious our landscapes and animals are. By doing so, I hope we can safeguard our Earth's inestimable ecosystems. It is only when we make these more valuable than the alternatives that their future will be secure.
